The cooler shipped to us had definitely seen some use (maybe a return) as the zippers for the main compartment and front pocket are worn. Additionally, all four D rings are showing signs of use and corrosion. All my correspondence messages to Premier have since gone unanswered. Premier needs to do better. Not sure if we will purchase from Premier again. Ashame, especially since we are repeat customers.

It’s been a year à have my paddle board and it’s still in good shape. Very good quality. I love it!
